Maintenance: Avoid harsh chemicals; air occasionally and dry clean when needed.

Delivery: Free shipping across India. 3 to 4 working days to metro and Tier 1 cities, 5 to 7 working days elsewhere. Outside India, delivery takes 5 to 15 business days from dispatch, and import duties are paid on delivery.

Exchanges: Exchange any piece within 7 days of delivery, as long as it comes back unused with tags intact. Email contactus@divastyle.in with your order number; pickup is free. We do not refund delivered orders: instead, we issue a credit note redeemable at all Diva Celebration Lounge stores. Outside India, we exchange only pieces that arrive damaged, defective or wrong, and refund you if we cannot replace them.

3 to 4 working days to metro and Tier 1 cities, 5 to 7 working days elsewhere in India. You will get tracking updates by email.

What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free across India on every order.

How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or SMS.

Can I exchange this piece?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, for another size, colour or design, if it comes back unused and unwashed with its tags and security sticker intact. Email contactus@divastyle.in with your order number. Customised pieces, gift cards and accessories cannot be exchanged. Outside India, we exchange only pieces that arrive damaged, defective or wrong, and refund you if we cannot replace them.

Who pays for the return pickup?
We do. Pickup is free, and if pickup is not available at your pin code we reimburse your courier cost.

Do you give refunds?
Not on delivered orders. Instead, we issue a credit note redeemable at all Diva Celebration Lounge stores. If you cancel within 24 hours before dispatch, or if we cannot fulfil your order, we refund you.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, UPI and net banking. Cash on delivery is not available.

Can I alter my outfit?
Yes. Every Diva Celebration Lounge store offers alterations (we do not offer stitching).
