Diva Circle Rewards is the loyalty programme of the Hi-style India Group, rewarding customers at all Diva and Histyle stores across India.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is free, voluntary, and non-transferable. Any individual aged 18 years or above with a valid Indian mobile number, shopping at any participating store, is eligible to enrol. Your mobile number is your membership ID — no physical card required.

A minimum cumulative spend of ₹1,000 across Hi-style India Group stores is required to activate membership.

All new members receive 200 Diva Stars as a welcome gift — redeemable on your next visit to any participating store.

EARNING DIVA STARS

Quote your registered mobile number at billing to earn Diva Stars on every purchase.
Stars are earned on the net bill amount after discounts, before taxes.

All new members start at Diva tier.

Diva Stars are NOT earned on:
• Discounted or marked-down merchandise
• Gift vouchers or credit notes
• Special promotions excluded by management
• Carry bags or non-tradeable items

DIVA STARS VALIDITY

Diva Stars are valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date they are credited to your account. Stars not redeemed within this period will lapse and cannot be reinstated.

You will receive a WhatsApp reminder 30 days before your Stars expire, and a final reminder 7 days before expiry.

REDEEMING DIVA STARS

• 1 Diva Star = ₹1
• Minimum balance to redeem: 100 Diva Stars
• Maximum redeemable per transaction: 15% of bill value
• Minimum bill amount to redeem: ₹1,500
• Valid at all Diva and Histyle stores
• An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number to validate each redemption
• You must be personally present at the store to redeem
• Diva Stars cannot be redeemed for cash or against gift vouchers
• Stars once redeemed cannot be reversed or re-credited
