divastyle.in is operated by Histyle India Private Limited, trading as Diva Celebration Lounge (registered office: 1652-G, 2nd Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600040; GSTIN 33AACCH2545L1ZN). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Please give accurate details and keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for orders placed through your account.

We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens, and small variations in colour, embroidery or weave can occur between pieces.

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The total at checkout is the full price, with no hidden charges.
• Shipping is free within India. International shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
• We accept all major cards, UPI and net banking. Cash on delivery is not available.
• Prices may change, but never for an order you have already placed.

Your order is confirmed when we send the order confirmation email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable or wrongly priced, we will tell you, cancel that order, and refund you in full.

Delivery, exchanges, credit notes and cancellations follow our Shipping and delivery and Returns and exchanges pages, which form part of these terms. We do not refund delivered orders; we issue credit notes, redeemable at all Diva Celebration Lounge stores.

Our lounges offer alterations only. We never offer stitching. The lounge team confirms the timing at drop-off; Diva Gold and Diva Platinum members get alterations within 24 hours.

Diva Stars are earned and redeemed under the rules on our Diva Circle Rewards page.

Everything on this website, including photographs, text, designs and logos, belongs to Histyle India Private Limited or is used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Please do not use this website for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to interfere with how it works. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
