Shipping charges
Shipping is free on every order within India, with no minimum order value.
We also ship to 28 countries. The shipping charge for your country is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UAE, the UK and the USA. For any other country, write to contactus@divastyle.in and we will tell you what is possible. Duties and taxes charged by the destination country may apply and are paid on delivery.
Delivery times
From dispatch:
- Metro and Tier 1 cities: 3 to 4 working days.
- Tier 2, Tier 3 and rural areas: 5 to 7 working days.
- International: 5 to 15 business days.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation by email and SMS with your tracking link.
You can also follow every order from Orders after you log in to your account.
Damaged or tampered parcels
If a parcel looks damaged or opened, please refuse it and contact us on +91 98942 31010 or at contactus@divastyle.in with your order number. We will arrange a replacement.
Pick up from a lounge
Collect your order free from any of our five Histyle-owned lounges: Anna Nagar, Cathedral Road, Sterling Road, Coimbatore and Puducherry. Each product page shows which lounges have the piece in stock.
Payment
We accept all major cards, UPI and net banking. Cash on delivery is not available.
Prices include GST. The total you see at checkout is the full price, with no extra charges.
