What you can plan
Wedding countdown and calendar
A live wedding countdown in days, hours, minutes and seconds to your muhurtham, and every function, fitting, vendor meeting and payment in one month view. Add it to Google Calendar or your iPhone calendar once and it updates by itself when your plan changes.
Wedding planning checklist
Around 50 steps from fixing the muhurtham to sending thank-you messages, each with a due date worked out from your wedding date. Starting late? Early steps are spread over the next few weeks instead of showing as overdue.
WhatsApp wedding invitations and RSVP
Add families one by one, paste a list or pick from your phone contacts. Each family gets its own invitation link on WhatsApp and answers function by function, with headcount and food preference.
Seating for every function
Make tables for the reception or any function, seat the families who said yes, or let the planner seat everyone while keeping groups together. Print the plan for the venue.
Wedding budget planner
Set a total, see a suggested split across 11 categories, and track estimate, final cost and what you have paid. Payment due dates appear in your calendar.
Vendor tracker
Photographer, caterer, decorator, makeup artist, priest and more, with status from shortlisted to booked and a WhatsApp button for each.
Outfit planner for the whole family
Plan what you, the groom and your family wear to every function, from first idea to the final fitting. Try colours on your own camera with Colour Studio.
A view-only link for family
Share your dates, functions and progress with family on WhatsApp. They see the plan but cannot change it, and guest phone numbers are never shown.
How it works

Questions brides ask
Is the Bridal Planner really free?
Yes. Every feature is free, with no paid upgrades and no limit on functions. You do not have to buy anything from Diva Celebration Lounge to use it.
How long does it take to plan an Indian wedding?
Most families start marriage planning 10 to 12 months before the wedding, especially for weddings between November and February, when venues book early. Six months is enough if you book the venue, caterer and photographer first. The planner spreads the checklist over whatever time you have.
Do I need to download an app?
No. It works in the browser on any phone or computer. On your phone you can add the page to your home screen so it opens like an app.
How do I log in?
Enter your email and we send you a one-time code. There is no password. Your plan is saved to your account, so it is on every device you log in from.
How do guests RSVP on WhatsApp?
Each family on your guest list gets its own invitation link. Tap Invite to send it on WhatsApp with your message. Guests open the link, say yes or no for each function and add how many are coming and their food preference. Answers appear in your planner straight away.
Does it work for South Indian and Tamil weddings with many functions?
Yes. It was made for weddings with several functions. Add engagement, mehendi, haldi, sangeet, wedding and reception, or your own, such as nalangu or vratham. Each function has its own date, venue, dress code, guest answers, seating and outfits.
Can I add my wedding plan to Google Calendar or my iPhone?
Yes. Add it once and every function, appointment, task and payment shows in your phone calendar, with reminders. It updates by itself when you change your plan.
Can my family see my plan?
Only if you share it. You can send a view-only link on WhatsApp. Family can see dates, functions and progress, but cannot change anything, and guest phone numbers are never shown. You can turn the link off or make a new one at any time.
Is my data private, and can I delete it?
Your plan is private to your account. Guests see only their own name and the functions they are invited to. You can download everything or delete your planner, guests and their answers for good from Settings.
When should I start planning my wedding outfits?
Start about four months before: find your colours first, try on at around three months, buy at around two months, and leave six weeks for fittings and alterations. Diva Celebration Lounge pieces are ready to wear, so a bride starting later can still find her outfit.
