Can I exchange this piece?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, for another size, colour or design, if it comes back unused and unwashed with its tags and security sticker intact. Email contactus@divastyle.in with your order number. Customised pieces, gift cards and accessories cannot be exchanged.
Who pays for the return pickup?
We do. Pickup is free, and if pickup is not available at your pin code we reimburse your courier cost.
Do you give refunds?
Not on delivered orders. Instead, we issue a credit note redeemable at all Diva Celebration Lounge stores. If you cancel within 24 hours before dispatch, or if we cannot fulfil your order, we refund you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, UPI and net banking. Cash on delivery is not available.
Can I alter my outfit?
Yes. Every Diva Celebration Lounge store offers alterations (we do not offer stitching).

Came here without expectations and found a beautiful lehenga set. Was so indecisive but Lokesh and Sadhaar were super nice and patient till the very end. Customer service is too good.
I came to Diva Celebration Lounge for my wedding reception outfit. They got nice collection. Mr.Khader, Ms.Ane and Ms.Jaya helped me in figuring out my outfit for my big day. All staffs are too friendly and supporting. Do visit this lounge for your special occasion.
